STEPS

Booking for the tours your want is very easy with us. Just simply follow the steps below, and rest assured we will make your experience with us a reality!

Send us an e-mail with the following information:
– type of tour: wine tasting only, wine and food, other (please specify),

– total number of people,
– date of tour,
– departure and return points,
– duration of tour: half day, full day, other (please specify)

We will comunicate price and availability

usually within a couple of hours during Italian business day

Reply to our e-mail and confirm your reservation

We will email to you a booking confirmation and a voucher with:
– local contact,
– meeting point directions.

PAYMENT

To confirm your booking we don’t need any deposit, prepayment or credit card info.

To keep our rates as low as possible and to avoid any bank commission we take only payment in cash to the driver on the day of the tour. We accept payment in Euro.

We don’t ask you any penalty if you cancel your reservation but we kindly ask you to inform us by email or whatsapp at least 48 hours before if you decide to cancel.
